Is the app free?

Yes. You can download the app and explore free ideas and Step-by-Step Guides. A free account lets you join the community and use in-app support. VIP memberships are optional.

I already shop with you. How do I sign in?

Choose Continue with Shopify on the sign-in screen and use your existing store account. This connects your store purchases to the app. If you cannot find an order or membership, get in touch and we'll help you find it. There's no need to buy it again.

What are paper credits?

Print Pack includes 3 paper credits per month and PRO includes 5. Redeem them for eligible rice papers: A4, A5 and Greeting papers cost 1 credit each; A3 costs 2. Start in the app, then select your eligible paper and complete checkout in the store. Shipping is paid separately.

Where do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Go to Account → My VIP plan to find your subscription settings. Changes and cancellations are handled where you bought your plan: the App Store, Google Play or our Shopify store.

Can I use the app on my device?

The app is available for iPhone, iPad and Android. Your App Store or Google Play listing will tell you whether your device is supported. You'll need an internet connection to browse content and use your account.

Is Project Helper a real person?

Project Helper is an AI assistant for craft and app questions. Prefer to hear from our team? Choose Talk to a person and we'll follow up on your conversation. You can also find our email address on the support page if you cannot sign in.
