Find your order status and available delivery estimates in My orders. If you need a hand, share your order number with our support team so we can find your purchase.
VIP membership & credits
Find your plan and subscription settings under Account → My VIP plan. Changes and cancellations are handled where you bought your plan: the App Store, Google Play or our Shopify store. You can check your paper credits and their history in Account.
